WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?

I am very much of the opinion that you should wear whatever reflects you personally, and whatever you are comfortable in. Same goes for your children, there’s nothing worse than having a child upset because the clothes are itchy or uncomfortable. Stay away from giant logos or branding on shirts and try not to have too many clashing patterns. I also have a client wardrobe you can utilise if you wish.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT’S RAINING OR SOMEONE IS SICK?

If it is raining and it is an outdoor shoot, we can absolutely reschedule. The same goes for if someone in your family is sick.

DO WE NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO PREPARE?

If we are doing an in-home session, I just require a few spaces to be tidy (living room, main bedroom), and I will utilise windows and doorframes where possible. In terms of family sessions, it’s a good idea to bring a change of clothes, snacks and water for the snack monsters!

WHAT HAPPENS IF OUR KIDS ARE ACTING UP?

Kids will be kids, I know that for sure. As a mother, I totally understand that kids aren’t always on their best behaviour, which is why I try to lead my family sessions by giving the kids the reigns. If we follow their lead, we generally get less pushback, and some incredible memories. I’ve been around a tantrum or one hundred, so please don’t worry.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET OUR IMAGES BACK?

It takes roughly 2-3 weeks to get your proofing gallery back, and I ask that selections be made within 7 working days.

HOW DO WE BOOK?

I’m so glad you love my work and want to have a session with me! If you head on over to my contact page and fill out the form, I will send through some dates & we can lock in a time. Once a deposit is paid, and a contract is signed, we are all locked in!
